IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - New Firmware for OmniSTAR GPS Receivers

Trimble, Novatel and Raven (Starlink) have released new firmware for their OmniSTAR-capable GPS Receivers. These new releases have many enhancements to OmniSTAR HP, XP, and VBS. They contain options that may speed up the Convergence process by using "Seeding" or "Static Convergence", as well as better handling of short term signal losses. Many of the enhancements may not be visible to the user, but serve to make the system more robust. Check your GPS Receiver Manufacturer's Website for new firmware for your receiver model.
